Shipping policy

Our shipping partner is DHL Express. Please allow approximately 10 business days for the processing of your hair extensions.

-We utilise DHL Express International Tracked & Signed For service for worldwide orders. This service mandates a signature upon delivery, so it's essential that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, as we are unable to alter the delivery address once an order is placed due to our strict shipping schedule.

It's the buyer's responsibility to enter the address correctly. We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If delivery attempts fail or the order is refused and returned to us, we'll contact you via email upon receiving the parcel to discuss re-delivery options or a refund. Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be processed until the parcel has been received back at the ECO HAIR & CO HQ.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available upon request but additional fees will apply based on various factors such as locations and time-frames.

*Kindly note that DHL does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

If you've entered a P.O. Box or Military base address, we will contact you prior to dispatch for alternate arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
